The people who measure your home are the people who design, make and install your furniture. Nothing is handed on.

Consultation
We visit your home, free of charge, to understand how you live, measure the space and discuss materials, budget and timings.
- 02
Design & Quote
You receive scaled drawings, a materials schedule and a fixed, itemised quotation. We refine the design with you until it is right.
- 03
Deposit & Build
A 50% deposit confirms your order. Your furniture is then made in our workshop by the same small team, start to finish.
- 04
Installation
Our own fitters install, scribe and finish everything on site, protecting your home and leaving it clean each evening.
- 05
Aftercare
We return to adjust doors and drawers once the timber has settled, and every piece carries our 10-year workmanship guarantee.
Timings
Most projects take eight to fourteen weeks from deposit to installation. We give you a confirmed installation week when your order is placed, and keep you informed throughout the build.
Payment
We accept card payments by phone for deposits and balances. Deposit is 50% on order confirmation; balance due on completion.
Deposits and balances are taken securely by phone via our virtual terminal. We do not take payment online.
