• Details you give us in our consultation form: name, email, phone, postcode, project type, budget, preferred contact time and message.
• Project information shared during design visits, including measurements and photographs of your home.
• With your consent, analytics data about how you use this website.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange your design visit, prepare quotations and deliver your project. Our lawful bases are your consent and the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We use a customer relationship management system and email provider to manage enquiries. We never sell your data. Card payments are processed by our payment provider over the phone; we do not store card numbers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years for accounting and guarantee purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by contacting us through the enquiry form on this website or by calling us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
