How it works
From first visit to final fitting

Consultation
We visit your home, free of charge, to understand how you live, measure the space and discuss materials, budget and timings.

Design & Quote
You receive scaled drawings, a materials schedule and a fixed, itemised quotation. We refine the design with you until it is right.
- 3
Deposit & Build
A 50% deposit confirms your order. Your furniture is then made in our workshop by the same small team, start to finish.
- 4
Installation
Our own fitters install, scribe and finish everything on site, protecting your home and leaving it clean each evening.
Materials & craft
Chosen for the way they age.
- Oak
- Quarter-sawn European oak, selected for straight grain and finished with hardwax oil.
- Walnut
- American black walnut for libraries, dressing-room interiors and pieces meant to deepen with age.
- Hand-painted finishes
- Brushed by hand on site after installation, in colours matched to your walls and light.
- Brass hardware
- Solid brass knobs, cup handles and hinges, unlacquered to patina naturally.
